1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OddsStacker. By accessing or using our website, platform, API, or any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

2. Description of Services

OddsStacker provides market data aggregation, scanning, arbitrage detection, alerts, and API access for prediction markets. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services; use the Services for any illegal purpose; overload, flood, or disrupt our systems; or share access with unauthorized users.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods except as required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ODDSSTACKER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OddsStacker, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
